A Sales and Business Development professional, within the Fire Suppression, Oil and Gas and Renewable market segment. Extensive experience directly working with OEM's, complimented by more recent involvement in engineered solutions and projects in installation and services business unit. I believe in developing long term client relationships based on trust and dependability. Having worked in business development/sales roles for 13+ years in Europe and Middle East, I have consistently produced unprecedented results and have a proven track record of increasing revenue, profit and market share through key client relationship building, new market penetration and brand expansion. Passionate about delivering accelerated, sustainable and profitable business growth, I have the ability to motivate my team, to meet targets. I believe in building internal capability within the Organization, and with my mentor management style have built, developed and led diverse, multinational teams. Being empathetic and diplomatic, managing key stakeholder relationships is second nature for me.
