Our team have over 100 years military, police and martial art experience and our mission is to help provide safer communities and support people with healthier and safer lives. Ours courses include - VAWG (Violence against women and girls) Fighting chance - A course to engage young people away from county lines, knife crime and those disengaged in education. Armed forces - Free access to martial arts and fitness classes for military families. As a CIC we rely on the community and investors to support us in running our courses. We also offer courses for corporate businesses who would like training for their staff. Along side our free charitable courses we soon also offer self defence course and fitness courses at our centre of excellence based in Fareham high street. Watch this space for opening date.
