Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities management industry from client, managing agent and supplier perspectives. Along with this, my career has given me great experience with Operations with a variety of roles. I am passionate about delivering brilliant customer care and ensuring that the right solution is delivered to each and every individual client based on their needs, which drives the business model for MML. I hold a firm belief that building long term strategic relationships delivers huge benefits to all parties involved.
