Over 15 years, I've built Ruby on Rails applications that scale from startup to millions of users - but what truly defines my impact is my ability to elevate entire engineering teams while delivering complex technical solutions.As a Staff Engineer at SonderMind, I designed and implemented a FHIR API enabling seamless integration with enterprise partners like Optum, Zocdoc, and the VA, while simultaneously mentoring multiple engineers on distributed systems architecture and API design. I'm equally comfortable architecting solutions, unblocking teammates through pair programming, or leading technical initiatives across multiple services.
