About Mike Fish

To whom it may concern I was employed at Standard Bank cash centre as a Teller and I was an employee for 5 years since 2015 up until June 2020 when I was retrenched due to the company outsourcing their work to another company. In 2014 I worked for MBD Credit Solutions as a Debt Collection Agent. My experience working for MBD gave me knowledge on how to interact with clients over the phone, knowledge on customer services, negotiating skills, as well as the ability of working in a team. In 2012 I worked for Street Fever as a Sales Assistant. My experience working for Street Fever gave me knowledge on how to interact with customers face to face, knowledge on customer services, making sales, negotiating, merchandising, stock take, as well as making montly targets and working under pressure. In May of 2019 I enrolled myself at Damelin College, Mowbray campus and registered myself as a part-time student, My aim is to work and be able to pay for my studies in order for me to complete my National Diploma in Financial Accounting NQF level 6. I’ve completed my first qualification in Bookkeeping NQF Level3. I have also completed my second qualification in Bookkeeping NQF Level 4. My goal is to complete my Diploma in Financial Accounting NQF Level 6. I have developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to prioritize well and producing high quality results. My experience and qualifications make me a suitable candidate for the position as I am always willing to learn and gain more knowledge and experience by facing new challenges.
