Why Choose Amada We place caregivers in the homes of seniors and compassionately assist them with non-medical needs. Hygiene care, nutrition, grooming, medication reminders, moving about the residence, transportation to appointments, light housework, are just a few of the duties Amada will perform for the senior client. When by choice or necessity they are no longer remaining in the home, we offer a placement service to help the senior identify which environment best suits their physical, social, and economic needs, and we plan for tours of each facility. We accompany our clients on all visits. We are experts with LTC (long term care) policies, making us able to help the senior understand their policy.We will do all the documentation required for activation, and then Amada will do all the subsequent invoicing and documentation for the client care. We work with Veterans to make them aware of the Aid and Attendance benefit. This has been a huge service for our veterans as many don’t know of this benefit or how this program works. In home technology! Our Be-Close technology can be placed wherever the senior resides to help in monitoring their activity and ensure their safety. Our web-based tool Transparent allows family members to view the ongoing care of their loved one. Lastly- although we will remain focused in and on Non-Medical Home Care, we are a fully licensed Home Health Agency.
