About Mike Flintoff

Mike Flintoff is a Senior Partner in Deloitte's Regulatory Quality Risk and Reputation function. He is also a RIsk Advisory partner and has provided leadership in the pursuit of Toronto's Operational Excellence of Deloitte's Risk Advisory practice. With over 35 years of experience in Risk Advisory including Governance, controls and Regulatory Compliance, Mike has helped countless mid to large financial services organizations deliver risk based strategic programs including enabling infrastructure and the enhancement of compliance frameworks to advance business objectives. Mike provides advisory and quality leadership to other Deloitte partners within the Financial Services industry. Mike is a Risk Management leader within Deloitte's Federal Financial Institutions Program which is a key part of the firm's Influencer Strategy- as federal regulators shape oversight strategies. Mike is also serves as the Canadian Director of Independence. He brings a commercial orientation to managing Commercial opportunities and Regulatory Risk. Mike is also the Canadian representative on the Deloitte Global Crown Jewell QRM task force which focuses on the seamless pursuit and delivery of client service to our Global multi- national clients. Mike also coaches leaders and has completed the Deloitte College of Coaching excellence (DCCE) training. Mike has served as the Ontario Provincial Director of the Foundation for the Study of Government Processes in Canada. Mike serves of the Board of Community Living Burlington and is a member of the Finance and Risk Committees.
