Now leading the growth of Morning Sun Video and Easy Travel Advisor. A Production company that produces custom videos for small businesses, and an itinerary planning company that works with travel advisors throughout the world. Skills include sales, managing, business research, planning and development, forecasting, and analyzing financial data. The goal is always to deliver the agreed-upon promised results on time and within budget. Born in 1934, and raised in New York, NY. Attended Bernard Baruch School of Business. Served in the Army and received an honorable discharge. Moved to North Carolina to start my professional life. Qualified with private pilot's license, used the G.I. bill for a commercial license, then earned an instrument rating. Built first sales company by traveling and meeting people in all the towns throughout the Southern states. When I sold it after many years of successful operation, we were one of the largest manufacturers representative companies in the gift and decorative accessories industry with headquarters in Atlanta, Ga, and a branch office in Miami, FL. Travel to visit various companies in the US and throughout Europe and Asia working with the owners to develop products for the American market was necessary. I have retired several times and keep being drawn back when I believe an idea has merit and can be developed into a fun, viable, and profitable business. My most recent venture before the present early development stage company that we are in the process of building, was in 1984. I fell in love with the power of databases and founded a business where we located deadbeat dads for County DFACS agencies who needed to collect child support. This evolved into one of the first background checking companies. It became successful by using technology to expand and became one of the first businesses to use the internet for secure data. I sold the company to one of the big boys in May 2001. After retiring again, I became bored and worked for others, in the Information Security business, and as an Executive Analyst for a large Management Consulting company, and spent time on my boat cruising the Bahamas and the Keys.
