About Mike Gallagher

As the Chief Software Architect at BrioHealth Solutions, I lead the design and development of the next generation of Left Ventricular Assist System saving lives of people experiencing heart failure. With over 30 years of experience in software system architecture and embedded system real-time design, I have a strong background in creating innovative and reliable solutions for complex and high-performance applications. My specialties include user interface, windows programming, networking software, image processing, real-time systems, hardware/software architecture/design, windows, Linux, optimization, and debugging. I also have a proven track record of delivering radiation scanners detecting nuclear threats for Passport Systems, Inc, where I was the Principal Software Architect. I hold a Master of Software Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to create cutting-edge software products that enhance the safety and well-being of people and communities.
