Created Mike's Mowing in 2001, with a strong commitment to serving the customer the right way. What is the right way? To treat the customer with respect, to build trust and rapport, and ethically, by not performing services that are unwarranted. I began with six customers and ended my first year with 24. At my highest, I had about 65 customers. Currently, 50 customers are on my schedule. Serve customers by being attentive, respectful, and personable. Help solve customer needs in non traditional ways if need be. Ease minds of customers by communicating schedule and method. Promote ideas from the team I work with. Handle communications from customers in timely and effective manner. Execute the tasks assigned promptly and accurately. Research and learn new strategies to grow. Direct my team with empathy, respect, and admiration. Integrate knowledge learned from network contacts. Nurture creativity in my team. Grow myself knowing that mistakes will be made.
