About Mike Gilmour

Mike is an External Consultant at APCO based in Singapore. He specializes in healthcare policies and technologies. His work in public affairs supports global and Asia-focused advocacy for pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms and Fortune 500s. Mike brings an established background in public policy, ASEAN intra-regional and multilateral affairs, and business-to-government (B2G) relations. During his one-year internship at APCO, Mike worked on a range of healthcare issues, including oncology, dermatology, pulmonology, and hepatology. During his one-year internship at APCO, his work encompassed oncology, skin, lung, and liver diseases, communicating healthcare system interconnectivity and digitalization across ASEAN, coalition-building, and research. Prior to joining APCO, Mike interned at a prolific regional government affairs firm in Kuala Lumpur. He holds a Master in International Affairs degree from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, where he was a Li Ka-Shing Foundation Scholar. He also holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
