Have worked in the London, Lloyd's and International Insurance Markets for nearly 30 years and still not bored! Initially, worked at Lloyd's Regulatory within the Council Secretariat and Regulatory Division, Authorisations department and in 1997 joined ACE European Group. My principal achievement at Ace was to merge their 16 or so Syndicates, combine the 4 Lloyd's Managing Agencies and secure 100% of the syndicate participations on Syndicate 2488. After a couple of years at Wellington, I set up Callidus in 2004 and have been going from strength to strength ever since offering practical compliance services to a wide range of clients. Callidus was acquired by R&Q in 2010 but is now run independently again.
