About Mike Hanlon

I am an information technology professional with over 30 years of experience primarily in health care. In that time I have developed many skills through much diversity and many roles. As a project manager I've been responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of many projects. As an I.T. manager I believe that leadership, team work, collaboration, communication, clear objectives, focus and goals are all essential for the dynamics of a successful team. As a solution architect I've been responsible for translating the functional business requirements created by clinical analysts into the architecture for the successful delivery of that solution while maintaining industry best practices and keeping aligned with the organizational objectives and strategic plans. As an individual I am passionate in my work and always require personal excellence on my part and aim to always meet or exceed the goals and expectations of the project stakeholders and senior management of my organization.
