About Mike Harsh

My professional passion lies in developing and implementing supply chain processes and organizations that help a company grow in changing times. The experience I can bring will enable a business to find the optimum supply chain strategy and implement the right supply chain organizational structure, business processes and technical infrastructure. Establishing and leading supply chain organizations and improvement initiatives globally across 4 continents has taught me to appreciate the value of diverse viewpoints from different cultures. I have led organizations for supply chains ranging from complex vertical integration in the chemical industry to 95% recycling of batteries in discrete manufacturing. Through advisory roles and coaching, I have helped business leaders see the value in collaborating across functions and enterprises. By integrating supply chain decisions, they learn to see this as a critical element in meeting the segmentation needs of diverse markets and channels from the same product line. Having led Supply Chain groups through 10 S & OP (Sales and Operations Planning) implementations, I have always focused on finding ways to help other functional leaders learn new approaches and perspectives to planning their business and balancing the risks and rewards.
