Project Manager with experience on multi-modal projects in Puget Sound, central Washington State. and southeast Arizona. My expertise is on traffic engineering and design including traffic data collection, safety and capacity analysis, and traffic signal design.I am especially proud of my work on bicycle and pedestrian projects including research on bicycle crossings included in NACTO’s Urban Bikeway Design Guide. My design work for the 2016 Pedestrian Improvements project in Wenatchee was the recipient of an APWA award for best project under $5 million.I am looking forward to further expanding our transportation system inclusive of all modes to serve our communities better.
