About Mike Henry

As an academic advisor at Kilgore College, I help students in computer sciences, business, and technical fields to achieve their academic and career goals. I have been in this role for almost two years, and I enjoy working with a diverse and motivated student population. I have also been a substitute teacher at Tatum ISD, where I gained valuable experience in classroom management and teaching strategies. I have a background in supply chain operations and warehouse management, where I demonstrated my skills in operational planning, team development, and customer relationship management. I am trained in Lean Six Sigma methodology, and I have a bachelor's degree in leadership and have taken graduate courses in human resources development (Masters in progress). I aim to lead and develop others by applying my knowledge, skills, and values in a dynamic and challenging environment.
