About Mike Hirth

Mike Hirth has been a leading commercial real estate expert in Arizona for nearly 20 years and truly advocates on his client’s behalf. Mike takes a consultative approach to working with his clients; a skill set which he fine-tuned in his prior career in management consulting. There he worked with businesses to analyze their needs, help them improve business processes and to craft a strategic vision for their enterprise. Taking this unique approach of truly understanding his client’s specific needs and sharing their perspective has enabled him to creatively work through obstacles, achieve objectives for them, and to truly add value beyond the typical real estate transaction. A creative problem-solver with vast business experience and knowledge, he follows up with tenacious determination and successfully executes his client’s goals even when faced with difficult roadblocks. Mike has brokered, developed and owned commercial real estate since the early and has engaged in leasing and sales transaction services as well as development, entitlement, site acquisition and property management services. He also had a seven year stint with a mid-market Tenant Representation firm Keyser. Commercial real estate has been a second career for Mike as he spent the prior 10 years in management consulting and project management within his own firm as well as a stint with Deloitte and Touche. With an MBA and over 30 years in the business world, Mike’s experience and expertise enables his clients to successfully achieve their goals. Mike has also given back to the community through his philanthropic efforts, most notably as the former Executive Director of the West Valley Mavericks and has lead efforts to raise millions of dollars for charity.
