I assist engineers and purchasing agents (primarily of Original Equipment Manufacturers) in identifying the most cost effective solution for making mechanical parts that go into their products and offering them the services of qualified vendors to make them. With over 30 years experience in so assisting my customers with their mechanical part requirements, I’m well qualified to provide such assistance. My expertise includes, but is not limited to: • Precision CNC sheet metal fabrication, including laser cutting and welding. • Photo-Chemical Etching of thin metal parts, including forming • Hydroforming deep draw metal forming using hydroform bladder presses • Metal Stampings single hit tooling to progressive die • Die Casting from aluminum and zinc alloys, including finishing operations • Precision CNC machining, fourth axis milling, turning, including secondary operations, finishing, prototype thru production. • Plastic Injection Molding of small to medium sized parts in thermoplastic & elastomeric materials, low to high volume production, assembly & special packaging • Rubber Molding and Die Cutting; rubber to metal bonding; conductive rubber keypads; die cut rubber and foam parts • PC Board Assembly, Cable Assembly and Contract Manufacturing, Quick-turn prototype to production, thru-hole and SMT.
