Hi there, my name is Mike and I am a sales representative at Viking Window. I work with both local and international markets, offering high-quality windows that suit different needs and preferences. I am passionate about windows, as I believe they are not only functional, but also aesthetic and environmental elements of any building. I started my career in the window industry in 2021, when I joined a Viking Window that sells aluclad and timber windows. These are windows that have a solid timber core and an aluminium cladding on the exterior, combining the benefits of both materials. I was fascinated by the design, performance, and sustainability of these windows, and I wanted to share them with as many customers as possible. Since then, I have expanded my knowledge and skills in the window sector, learning about different types of windows, such as uPVC, composite, and aluminium. I have also developed my communication and negotiation abilities, as well as my customer service and satisfaction orientation. I have worked with clients from various countries, such as Estonia, USA, England, and Sweden, adapting to their specific requirements and expectations. I enjoy working in the window sales field, as it allows me to meet new people, discover new cultures, and face new challenges every day.
