About Mike Izzo
While leading large teams for almost 20 years both in the military and at venture-backed startups, I learned a ton (often through trial and error) and got to work with some really great people. Outside of work, I navigated the ups and downs of my own mental health journey. Building on my coaching/mentoring/managing experience and inspired by the benefits I found in therapy, I have now become a mental health therapist myself.
