I entered the cadet program at the age of 18 and I guess you could say, the rest is history. I have had a very rewarding career, helping people and making connections. The biggest challenge I have faced (which can also be a blessing) has been having too many qualified people working for me when it comes to promotion time. I have been very fortunate to work with such a devoted and knowledgeable team.
