About Mike Kim

I create an atmosphere of coaching and development in my location by guiding my peers and reps to self discover answers to every day obstacles they face. This strategy helps my peers and reps gain confidence in themselves and helps me understand how they are making their decisions to see if there is a disconnect in their decision tree. This helps me create a development plan for them to instill core behaviors that will help them become the future of T-Mobile. I also create long term action plans focused on exceeding company set goals as well as discover any obstacle that might arise. I also create a fun environment by creating games and trainings that will focus on specific metrics or behaviors in order to keep morale up and exceed sales goals. I like to set clear goals and expectations for my reps to keep them inline with T-Mobile's initiatives and direction to keep accountability simple and streamlined. My initiatives as a sales manager will always be to develop leaders for the future and instill core behaviors for my coworkers to not only succeed at T-Mobile but anywhere their career goals might take them.
