About Mike Krongel

Michael Krongel has been involved in real estate sales, acquisition, disposition and development for a significant period of time. Starting as a broker in New York State in 1967, Michael has bought and sold recreational land, resorts, multi-family properties, golf courses, single family homes and condo developments. With a focus on ski areas and ski resorts, golf facilities and other recreation based enterprises, Mike is focused upon advising clients in the resort, recreation and hospitality spaces on matters pertaining to acquisition/disposition of businesses, development of resort recreational properties and second home development at cold weather resorts. With the founding of Mirus Resort Advisors, Michael is in a position to assist with sales, acquisition, valuation, financing, equity raises and assisting buyers and sellers in reaching their business goals. Krongel's particular experience is in ski areas and resorts, golf courses and hospitality venues. Specialties: I have a knowledge and understanding of ski area operations and development, real estate development at cold weather - ski - resorts and the players in the space. The special skills that I bring to the table are those required in the acquisition and disposition of assets, transaction negotiation, sourcing of transaction opportunities and bringing owners, developers & investors together to "get projects off the ground". I have access to debt and equity sources to move projects and acquisitions forward.
