This mindset holds me accountable; it keeps me focused and mindful, so that I can be my best as a servant leader, teammate, husband and dad. To me, every day is an opportunity for,"Amazing" to happen! I'm passionate about team development-inspiring people to achieve excellence, share their talents and ideas, create an environment whereby everyone is valued for and understands how their roles contribute to the success of the organization. Pride: I feel fortunate to not only have been part of phenomenal teams, but to have been allowed to mentor tremendously talented individuals. It's extremely rewarding and quite honestly, very cool, that many of these folks still reach-out to keep the connection alive. I'm thankful for having had these opportunities to make an impact. A driven competitor-I played several sports over the years, am a true Boston Teams fan, and got to live-out a lifelong dream of participating in a Boston Red Sox Fantasy Camp! That competitive spirit motivates me and fuels overall team performance. No one ever wants to be second.or last. With the highest of integrity, we gameplan and execute for the win and operate under a,"No teammate is ever left behind" model-picking each other up on those rare occasions when a play is missed or associate isn't at their best on the day. It's the strength and dedication of the collective unit that creates the winning culture. As is the makeup of the LinkedIn profile, there are many experiences and skills I've listed that have been acquired through effort, commitment, being innovative, respectfully challenging the norm, and by taking risks. But the biggest contributing factors to my success have been: remaining positve and humble, readily accepting feedback, being a willing student, and always being accepting of change. I'm searching for a role with a great Team and organization. Although the retail sect has made up nearly all of my professional career, it's my goal to broaden my leadership experience by being open to other roles and industries.
