Hello everyone! I am Mike, a design verification engineer and software engineering leader with extensive experience in top global technology companies. I have held key positions at Meta, Nuro, Microsoft, Intel, and Marvell Semiconductor, focusing on driving innovation and optimization of hardware and software systems. My career began as a hardware verification engineer, where I was deeply involved in projects for USB and PCIe interface verification, as well as the CXL protocol. At Nuro, I led the team to optimize the FPGA verification process, significantly improving design efficiency through an automated testing platform. In Meta's MTIA team, as the head of design verification, I spearheaded several core projects to ensure high-quality delivery. Currently, as an engineering manager, I lead cross-functional teams to promote the deep integration of hardware and software, continuously improving product verification efficiency. I am passionate about exploring and introducing new technologies to bring more innovative breakthroughs to teams and projects. I hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University. I am proficient in tools such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM, which have not only established my technical expertise but also shaped my deep understanding of technical details and systematic thinking. Outside of work, I enjoy sharing my experiences and ideas, especially helping others find their path and passion in the technology field.
