About Mike Lloyd

My name is Mike Lloyd. I have had a varied and successful leadership background in both the for-profit and non-profit world. For the past year I have served as Executive Director of a community based inner-city Food Relief organization called Community Emergency Service (CES). I and our team have guided CES through difficult year of organizational and strategic change and we are now poised for a new era of growth in revenue and services to those in need in the inner-city of Minneapolis. Prior to my current position I led a national non-profit organization from a struggling organization with annual revenue of 700 thousand dollars to a robust international organization feeding starving children in over 60 countries with 95 manufacturing locations and annual revenue of 3.5 million dollars. We achieved this success in only four years. Throughout my career, I have been provided numerous opportunities to exercise my gifts. The experiences have come both in business and through a variety of non-profit organizations. As my resume demonstrates I have led large organizations, been responsible for developing strategic plans for those organizations, have had financial responsibility for the success or failure of the organization, and have been responsible for building successful leadership teams. In my past responsibilities I have been entrusted with the success of the organizations that I lead and for the security and opportunity of the employees of those companies.
