About Mike Looper

I currently reside in Rock Hill, just twenty minutes south of Charlotte. Having been working sales and management for more than 27 years, I bring knowledge, skills, and experience to be successful in many different roles in business. My experience as manager is within commercial aquatics, healthcare, industrial, hospitality and restaurant industry providing solutions that create clean water, safe food, abundant energy and sustainable healthy environments. I have negotiated contracts at local and corporate level to achieve sales growth objectives. I have a Bachelor’s degree, have and was chosen to participate postgraduate leadership training at the University of Houston and Harvard. I am well-traveled, and proficient in PC applications. In my present role, I work with a team of individuals who provide equipment, chemicals and service to the commercial aquatic world in the Carolinas. The sales process most commonly used is Relationship and Common Sense Selling. I have also been certified in Sandler Sales Mastery Training. I help identify areas for potential growth and set achievable goals across the area while maintaining clear lines of communication to the customer to meet and surpass customer expectations. Due to a history of effective leadership and hitting sales revenue targets, I have taken on a role of mentor to other managers. I am experienced in creating business plans and appraisal reports using technology and CRM software, such as Salesforce. Additionally, I have managed sales channels and ensured growth through careful logistical planning. I communicate and work well with others and find close communication and understanding will produce success no matter the situation.
