About Mike Marcus

With a heart for service and a dedication to empowering positive transformation, I thrive in building bridges that connect diverse stakeholders. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, I am committed to amplifying voices and co-creating solutions that address social challenges at the grassroots level. My mission is to help individuals and organizations drive impactful change through community investment and promoting collaborative solutions. Utilizing my gifts as a communicator and problem solver, I work passionately to foster meaningful connections and facilitate open dialogue. I draw on my previous experiences in ministry, customer service, program development, and management to foster mutual transformation of individuals and organizations as they develop those relationships. My journey has taught me the profound impact of empathy and active listening in nurturing these connections. By encouraging inclusivity, I strive to create spaces where every voice is heard and valued. It is my privilege to also serve as an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church, and live out my vocation to the pillars of Word, Service, Justice and Compassion wherever I go.
