I also have been able to transform cultures and increase accountability through a foundation of trust, effective training, team-building, crew autonomy, and setting high expectations while remaining fair and providing necessary guidance and support. My supervisory experience has involved leading employee and volunteer crews of 5 to 80 for daily operations and small- and large-scale events including the 2016 U.S. Amateur and 2008 PGA Championship. Fiscal responsibility is also always at the top of my mind, and I am experienced in effectively managing and producing cost savings for operational, capital improvement, and equipment budgets exceeding $2 million.
