Currently have Secret security clearance and OSHA 30 for construction. Tangible Skills: • Proficient in scheduling methodologies, adept at crafting and managing three-week, 90-day, and CPM schedules utilizing software tools such as P6, Excel, and Project. • Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Bluebeam. • Skillful in coordinating design conflicts, inspections, and construction activities to ensure seamless project progression. • Demonstrated prowess in quality control, meticulously aligning submittals and installed work with exacting specs, drawings, and the standards set by owners, architects, engineers and owners. • Seasoned in budget management, committed to adhering to financial constraints, particularly concerning general conditions and self-performed work. • Extensive hands-on experience in self-performing various construction tasks, including concrete work, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall installation, painting, casework, trim carpentry, flooring, tile installation, window and door fitting, as well as siding and roofing.
