About Mike McCormack

Michael McCormack - President Mike’s career in Building Services began in 1991 while he was a student at The College of Staten Island. Mike supported himself in the most entertaining way possible, managing crews at the Ed Sullivan Theatre where the Late Show with David Letterman is filmed. He eventually moved to Springfield, PA with his wife to start a family and solidified his position on the PBS team. Mike has a three-fold portfolio of management expertise: a Degree in Management, over a decade of industry related management involvement, and years of experience working directly with PBS President, Matthew Herkins, establishing company-wide goals and practices. Mike's background is essential to his “lead by example” style of management for all PBS crews throughout every location. He is ultimately responsible for each of PBS's area managers, district managers, project managers, and their territories and crews. He frequently attends product and service seminars to impart creative problem solving techniques and best practice strategies into PBS’s daily operations. Mike is certified as an Expert in ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard & CIMS Green Building.
