With over 6 years of technical support experience both on-site and in the field, I bring a strong focus on asset management, efficient onboarding and offboarding procedures, technology deployment, and Microsoft 365 and Entra Administration (formerly Azure Active Directory). My proactive, punctual, no-nonsense approach, combined with critical thinking skills, ensures that I consistently meet or exceed deadlines and service level agreements. I also have a strong foundation in establishing and maintaining MDM policies using Intune and Jamf for both mobile devices and desktop environments; PCs and Macs alike. A native of Philadelphia and graduate of Rowan University in New Jersey with a BA in Computer Science, I am currently seeking new opportunities in the Raleigh–Durham area where I can apply my skills and continue to grow professionally. I am eager to contribute to innovative teams and tackle new challenges in technology support and management.
