My journey began in 2007 as a relief worker, evolving through roles as a counselor and manager, and culminating in my current leadership position. I oversee the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, staff development, and program innovation, all aimed at creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our residents. I am passionate about driving forward the mission of Huron House, with a focus on evidence-based practices, trauma-informed therapies, mental health advocacy, and creating sustainable change. I am dedicated to promoting a culture that prioritizes well-being and mental health awareness, challenging stigmas, and empowering youth to achieve their fullest potential.
