With 16+ years of experience in managing and developing a world-class physical environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, I am a results-driven leader and an expert in operations and facility management. I currently serve as the Director of Housing Operations at the University of Oklahoma where I oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all housing operations, maintenance, and renovation projects.In my role, I lead a team of over 80 staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the compliance with safety and environmental standards. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior leadership, academic units, vendors, and consultants, to align the housing operations with the university's mission, vision, and goals. I am committed to promoting high standards, ethical values, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
