Transformed the site from the company’s lowest performing location into the #1 IT operations site, improving SLA’s from 76% to 98%, quality from 64% to 99%, while delivering cost efficiencies of 15%. CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION: Created and executed a strategy to transform employee engagement from a low performing, unengaged staff of 550, to a culture of innovation and delivery. Designed and implemented innovative employee engagement strategy, transforming culture into a delivery-focused organization. Reduced employee turnover from 22% to 10%. CLOUD INNOVATION: Established cloud delivery team of 22 people at zero cost through creating automation efficiencies. Delivered first IT automation capability, playing a key role in the company receiving Wall Street Journal’s IT Innovation Award in 2016.
