I am a Senior Business Analyst specializing in credit and collections systems, banking, and telecommunications. My journey began with a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, but I quickly realized that my passion lay in business analysis rather than pure coding. During an internship at SAS, I experienced a blend of technical and business environments, which led me to seek roles that bridged these worlds. Over the years, I have held various positions at CGI, an IT services and consulting firm, starting as a Junior Strata Business Analyst, advancing to a Senior Strata Business Analyst, and currently serving as a Lead Strata Functional Architect. My roles have ranged from documenting requirements and building decision logic for telecom and banking clients to leading large-scale collections systems implementations across multiple My expertise spans Agile project methodology, project management, client management, SDLC, functional requirements, user acceptance testing, and IT integration. I am proficient in tools like JIRA, SQL, SharePoint, Camunda BPMN/DMN, and VersionOne. I thrive on helping others, whether configuring systems to meet client requirements or leveraging my knowledge to assist colleagues. Being the go-to person for decisioning within CGI’s Credit Studio software is immensely satisfying. I enjoy the challenge of finding innovative solutions to problems and the ripple effect my work has on clients and their customers. It's rewarding to see the impact of my efforts on both a micro and macro My wife and I have a dog named Podong, a Jindo rescued from Korea. I play in a recreational basketball league (fun fact: I was a high school teammate with two NBA players). Reading is a favorite pastime, often keeping me up late at night with my Kindle. My travels have taken me to six continents, with only Antarctica on my bucket list.
