About Mike Menius

I have approximately 12+ years of experience in the long term care (assisted living) field that began in May 2010. I began in marketing and transitioned into the AIT program before earning my AL license NC). I have since worked in approximately 25+ communities in various capacities primarily while with Carillon Assisted Living. My primary role after earning my license was that of interim executive director and one that fits my skill set. Of my accomplishments, the one I'm most proud of and cherish the most, is that of leading a fine group of dedicated individuals though the COVID pandemic at a community that only allowed three (3) asymptomatic resident positive cases. Providing stability and leadership are the qualities that I bring to a community while they search for a permanent executive director. Integrity, is my most important attribute.
