I have had an interesting career path and because of that I have gained skills, experience, and knowledge that many of my peers do not possess. I am a highly engaged and adaptable leader focused on solving the tough challenges to build relationships, solve problems, and improve the bottom line. I have extensive experience in strategy development and execution, sales and revenue operations, sales enablement, general management, marketing, CRM administration, developing and implementing sales incentive plans and territory assignments, sales leadership, forecasting, and leading cross collaboration projects. I am accomplished in B2B relationships and negotiation and directing remote and in person teams. I have a story to share in every one of those areas. I look for organizations that need help and offer to join the board of directors right away. My goal is to leave these organizations in a much better place than I found them. I enjoy leading groups of volunteers which can be much more challenging than leading direct reports. In addition to a Finance and Marketing Double Major at Creighton University, I received a MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. My most memorable class was a two week course in China. Such a great experience. I have completed Leadership Development training and Sales Training programs as well as took a short course on Futures and Options Trading.
