About Mike Middleton

Are you prepared to revolutionise your retirement? At 360 Rejuvenate, we're on a mission to assist individuals in reimagining their future, and we invite you to join us. If you're keen to embrace a retirement filled with purpose, fulfilment, and well-being, then read on. Our innovative approach goes beyond finances and delves into the fundamental elements that shape a truly enriching retirement experience. I help people redefine what it means to retire so they can embark on a transformative journey. For over two decades, I engaged in discussions about the evolving nature of retirement. Whilst society and institutions clung to the notion of retiring in our 60s and relying solely on pensions. This is NOT how retirement planning should be approached. After writing "The R Word: Time to retire retirement," a book borne out of my own frustration with my career and the underlying fear of the future. I realised that I had a solution that could benefit others in profound ways. And thus, 360 Rejuvenate was born, with a simple "why" at its core: helping people improve their lives. We believe that longevity encompasses challenges that go beyond financial stability. Health and well-being play a vital role in shaping our retirement experiences. By adopting a healthy lifestyle, we can ensure both physical and financial stability. Modern work processes enable us to find energy, make meaningful contributions, and embrace leisure and pleasure throughout our lives. How can I help? If you're looking to reimagine your future, particularly your retirement, I invite you to connect with me. Let's embark on a transformative journey together and create a future filled with purpose, fulfilment, and well-being.
