The following is a brief description of my experience: Condos in Colorado, responsibilities included project management, project architect, and construction observation. Office Building projects from single story to high-rise projects, including space layout as project architect and construction observation. Historical renovation projects in Dallas, and Main Street in Fort Worth, responsibilities included field verification and production of documents. Office / warehouse projects involving relocation existing furniture and computer systems to the new facility. The projects included clean rooms and assembly spaces, responsibilities included design, project architect, space planning, move coordination, field verification of existing furniture and purchase and installation of new systems furniture. I worked as a development consultant on a $60 million medical bldg. office building and campus renovation project. The work included a national design competition, utility relocation work, expanding an existing central plant for the existing office buildings and adjacent hospital, landscaping, hiring a general contractor and acting as an owner’s representative during construction. I worked as the A/E manager of a property management company, responsibilities included hiring consultants, developing and preparing operations and maintenance manuals for asbestos, coordinating phase I and II work, arranging for Alta site surveys and property condition reports, space planning, furniture purchase, construction coordination, site planning, brochure preparation and layouts. I have experience in construction observation for multifamily, office buildings, warehouse facilities, and medical facility projects. I worked for the UT system OFPC at UTA and currently at UTD as a project manager on Campus projects. Dealing with project development, consultant contracts, RFQ and RFP proposals, project reporting, consultant coordination, budgets, feasibility studies and plan reviews.
