About Mike Nutley

I'm a seasoned worker with many years of experience helping workplaces become a more productive, exciting and safe place to work. Using creativity and practicality I'm able to promote positive change to bring workplaces to the next level. Having backgrounds in construction, logistics, as well as workplace experience and facilities management, I'm able to utilize several valuable skills to create a role custom to my skill set. With a strong attention to detail, I'm able to bring everything together to achieve success in any and all fields. I am passionate about health and safety and seeing my colleagues find success in their daily roles. I blend safety with positivity to create a new outlook. Education is key to when promoting a healthy and safe work environment. Rather than just telling someone not to do something, it's important to explain why and how it could impact the workplace. With many years spent boosting culture and engagement, I help to give workers and workplaces a refreshing feeling for the every day grind.
