About Mike Olejnik

I have over 13 years of experience working in IT management and security. Currently, I work as the Manager of Infrastructure & Technology at Nogdawindamin Family & Community Services, where I lead a cross-functional team of 18. In this position I have experience managing a diverse team in IT, Information Systems, and Data. I am responsible for delivering security, technology enhanced services, and IT compliance across 26 locations. I'm enthusiastic about creating cloud infrastructure that drives digital transformation in a secure manner. Additional experience includes IT project management, consulting, database and case management support, and delivering data to inform business decisions. I have delivered capital infrastructure projects from concept to final state and have had the pleasure of working with First Nation's to bring capacity to these communities. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and getting outdoors as much as possible whether it be near the water in the summer or trekking through the snow in the winter. I am currently finalizing my MBA with special course work in consulting and I look forward to bringing these new found skills to organizations and clients.
