About Mike Olson

As the COO and CCO of PraxisCare, a leading Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in the Pacific Northwest region, Mike has spearheaded the growth and performance of the PraxisCare ACO members, programs, and portfolio, leveraging his expertise in value-based care, compliance, data analytics, and network development. In the past three and a half years, Mike has helped increase the PraxisCare ACO beneficiaries by six times, achieved $2.8 million in shared savings in 2022, and ranked above the 90th percentile on quality measures (https://praxiscare.io/public-reporting-acor/). Mike also serves as the Regional Administrator of the Praxis Health Mid-Willamette Valley, a network of independent primary care groups, where he has lead the strategic planning, operations, and M&A activity of four clinic locations,(~14K primary care members) resulting in an 812% revenue growth, a 526% patient volume growth, and a 121% growth in NFFS and VBC funding over three years. Additionally, he oversees the provider recruitment and compensation, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaborations.
