Hey! My name's Mike.I've been in the construction business for quite some time, since 2010 to be exact. I've made some poor decisions down the road but I'm on track right now and stayed on the electrical path with things, jumping from craft to craft is something I definitely do not recommend.you'll be a helper forever! At least that's how I felt things happened with me. I've been doing electrical work for about 4 years now and feel like I'm good at what I do. I've learned how to fabricate and install conduit, all types of conduit from rigid to emt to underground plastibond, aluminum rigid. Cable tray is another thing I've gotten really good at, I am able to fabricate my own 90's offsets and install prefabbed conduit also, good with conduit fittings, running from point a-b and also going off of prints. I'm still learning in the wiring part of the job but I've learned a lot already also in that department, I can wire most lights, disconnects, 480v 3 phase motors switches and receptacles. I enjoy taking pride in the work that I do and am sort of a perfectionist but also know how to meet quotas and deadlines when it comes down to crunch time. I've been travelling for the last year trying to give myself promotions.it's been working out pretty good but the jobs are short and I work for a couple of months or weeks and then I'm looking for work again. I'm really looking forward into getting with a company that travels with good pay and benefits and with plenty of work so I'm not worrying about looking for work anymore. I've had some ups and downs in my life and I have a pretty good outlook on the way I want my life to go from here but only god knows what's in store for me.
