Mike brings highly valuable management and technical expertise to his role at Videre Group, having undertaken Client and Contractor-side project delivery roles since his entry into the industry 20+ years ago. Mike is a qualified carpenter, an experienced builder and has an Architectural Degree majoring in Building Science. Mike’s construction side experience coupled with his technical understanding and ability has proven to be invaluable in resolving programme and buildability issues. Mike’s experience extends across sectors including: Health, Government, Education, Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Residential. With a strong background in contract administration, Mike is very accomplished in the application of the Contract to full affect for his Clients ensuring clear directions and processes are applied where required, at all times. Mike's strong communication skills, client-focused approach, along with a strong track record in business and people management, are attributes that enable him to successfully develop staff, deliver projects and motivate project teams during all phases of the development life-cycle.
