About Mike Pierce

Fist and foremost I love helping people. At a very young age I knew what I wanted to do, which many would say was sales. But sales is everything in life, which may be selling a product, service, brand, your ideas or just selling to your kids why broccoli is a great vegetable. Leading a team to success and help other develop their skills is my real passion. My dad always told me "everyone works for themselves" put in 110% into what you do and if your boss doesn't see your potential someone else will come along and offer you a better career. I truly love data and measuring success. If you can measure it you can achieve your goal with effective action plans. When I was 25 I was a good salesperson for my brand, still young but disliked the way my team was managed, I knew I could do better and took on the challenge. I was hooked on managing others to achieve success. I am one who hates to brag, but have achieved much in my career, but my wife takes most of the credit, since we were married I have been in the top 3% in what ever job I had and 3 of those years #1 company wide. I have always felt that if you have the desire to succeed, the expectancy you will win and the believe in your self, you can accomplish anything. But in the end it truly is about having a great partner in life to support you.
