Responsible for managing all aspects of the Fukushima NRC Orders and 10CRF50.54(f) Letter implementation(FLEX strategies, FLEX modifications, seismic, flooding, etc.) This includes being part of a team that managed a total site budget in excess of $120 million for these activities. Previously responsible for providing all aspects of Nuclear Fuel Cycle procurement,design & safety analysis, fabrication,operation support, and refueling activities for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.These responsibilities included Fuel Cycle Economic and Financial Planning, Reporting and Support, Fuel Cycle Strategic Planning, Core Performance Monitoring (reactor engineering), Fuel and Safety Analysis Design Basis and Fuel Relaod Analysis: Specification, Design, Analysis and Licensing Preparation. Managed a yearly fuel budget in excess of $300 Million and total contracts in excess of $2.8 Billion while in the Nuclear Fuels Department(NFM) Specialties: Leadership, Nuclear Fuel Design, Nuclear Fuel Procurement, Nuclear Fuel Analysis, Safety Analysis, Plant Engineering, Design Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Project Management, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, Licensing, Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA), Fuel Handling, Fire Protection Maintenance, Problem Solving
