Background

About Mike Pratz

Construction Inspector, with 30 plus years of experience in the private and Government construction industry. Skilled in constructing, maintaining & inspecting all aspects of site development, road & utility projects. I have worked on major highway, wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution plants, reclaimed reservoir & complex interconnect pipeline systems. I personally along with projects have been recognized with several awards during my career. I'm passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other team members. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite part of a project or task is at the starting stages. Understanding the objective, identifying potential conflicts and providing advance notice of expected milestones. In the middle is where all the fun happens as a team. The closing of a project is when the most critical components of a project need to be addressed using practical common sense and experience to resolve matters meeting project budget & deadlines. I'm always interested in hearing from former colleagues or just interesting creative folk. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to connect.
