MEET MIKE I am a full-time property developer specialised in building high quality, eco homes in the South West of England and Wales. I am passionate about sustainable construction and materials, building highly efficient houses that are kind to the planet and cost effective to live in. WHAT I DO I take plots of land from concept through to completion, building highly efficient homes that are exceptionally kind to the planet whilst costing significantly less to heat and run. Many of our projects are financed by our network of investors through our ‘lend and learn’ investments. Our return rates are far higher than traditional investments and through our ‘lend and learn’ investors can be as involved as they want to be with site visits, sharing of suppliers and construction methods as standard – learn a real skill whilst generating a great return. WHY ME We build differently! We use highly insulated timber framed construction to ensure quick, cost effective builds whilst producing an energy efficient, quality house. Our houses are in demand with buyers and our methods allow us maximise returns for our investors in the shortest possible time frame. We are at the cutting edge of sustainable development and through our ‘lend and learn’ investments you can achieve great returns and also learn a valuable skill. WHY I DO THIS I have worked in property for several years and have often found traditional houses to be poorly built and inefficient. We must build houses for our growing population but we also must be more sympathetic to the environment. Our methods allow us to build houses at competitive prices that are far superior to traditional houses in energy efficiency and impact on the planet.
