With over 25 years of experience in the orthopedic industry, I am a sales optimization manager at Conetic Solutions, a leading provider of innovative solutions for orthopedic surgery. I joined the company in May 2021 as an arthroplasty manager, and was promoted to my current role in July 2023, where I oversee the sales performance, training, and education of the representatives in the agency. I leverage my skills in curriculum development, higher education, and rehabilitation, as well as my certified athletic trainer (ATC) credential, to design and deliver effective and engaging programs for surgeons and sales representatives. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and outcomes of people with orthopedic injuries, and I collaborate with a diverse and talented team of professionals to achieve this mission. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the field of arthroplasty and general orthopedics, and I bring a unique perspective and experience to the role of sales optimization manager.
